I have an intense interest in why people think the way they do.\u00a0 Additionally, I am keenly interested in science, particularly as it relates to how the world works (geology, physics, astronomy, evolutionary biology).\u00a0 And from these interests has risen a fascination with skepticism.\u00a0 These are linked together because how the world works (based on evidence) and how people <em>think<\/em> the world works (based on faith) are vastly divergent.\u00a0 This absolutely fascinates me.\u00a0 Ultimately, I hope to provide:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>An exploration of Erroneous Thought Processes<\/li>\n<li>A discussion of the interplay between thoughts and happiness<\/li>\n<li>An exploration of Skepticism<\/li>\n<li>A discussion of the interplay between science and thought<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>The title of my blog is actually open to two interpretations.\u00a0 The first is &#8220;<strong>How<\/strong> Do You Think?&#8221; with emphasis on the <em>How<\/em>.\u00a0 In other words it is an exploration of HOW thought happens.\u00a0 The second is and exploration of how things work, whereas the title is an abbreviation of the question &#8220;How do you think that <strong>happens<\/strong> or <strong>works<\/strong>?&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In this Blog I will explore human thought processes &#8211; including erroneous ones &#8211; as well as interesting science and critical thinking.
